Guanabana (Annona muricata)
About the plant
Guanabana (Annona muricata) is a tree in the Annonaceae family, tropical Americas. Fruits are large, green, with sour-sweet white pulp (soursop). Leaves and other parts are used in traditional medicine; in Shipibo descriptions guanabana is the 'nourishing spirit of the plant', helping to release emotional burdens and return inner peace.
Properties and use
In dieta reading guanabana is a gentle, supportive teacher: care, affective unloading, restoration of a sense of safety. Not visionary in the sense of strong visions; rather nourishment and acceptance. Often included in lines for recovery after demanding dietas or crises.
